Mechanical Shoe Seals comprise a metallic sealing ring, which is held in permanent contact with the tank shell and extends into the product by a system of independent hanger and pusher Mechanisms, and with a continuous sealing apron curtain closing the gap between the rim and the top of the “Shoe”.
